Data Deletion Instructions

World State Trading (formerly The Signal) is operated by The Signal Labs LLC (“we”, “us”). The name changed on 19 September 2026. The company you are contracting with did not.

1. What This Page Covers

This page explains what data our Threads, X, and Bluesky integration (“World State Trading Mirror”) stores, and how to ask us to delete it. For data tied to your World State Trading account or subscription, see our Privacy Policy.

2. What World State Trading Mirror Stores

• Our own account credentials: the access token and post IDs for World State Trading's own Threads, X, and Bluesky accounts, used to post and manage our content.
• Public post text and author handles: when someone replies to one of our posts, we read the public reply text and the replying account's handle so we can target a response. This is kept in a reply log for up to 30 days, then deleted automatically.

We do not store private messages, follower lists, or any other private data belonging to other users. We only read what is already public on the platform.

3. How to Request Deletion

Email support@thesignaltrading.com with the subject line “Data deletion request.” Tell us which platform (Threads, X, or Bluesky) and, if you know it, the handle of the post or reply involved. We confirm the deletion within 30 days.
